OUR MISSION

To educate, empower, inspire and motivate women and girls to become effective and influential leaders in business, politics, society, environment, science, technology and all other walks of life. Our Mission is to equip women and girls with the necessary leadership skills, tools, knowledge, information, systems and networks required to close the gender gap.

WHAT WE DO

We believe provision of quality education is paramount to the eradication of poverty and its feminisation. We advocate for the retention and completion of tertiary education for young women and girls from rural and disadvantaged families, by providing them scholarships to access higher education; technical and vocational training education; and entrepreneurship and leadership training and mentorship. We aim to contribute to the actualisation of the United Nations Agenda 2030 Global Goals for Sustainable Development (SDGs) and the African Union Agenda 2063, with a focus on the achievement of gender equality, empowerment of women and girls, protecting and upholding the rights of women and girls, and the alleviation of poverty and its feminisation, by providing access to proper healthcare, quality education, personal development and improving the quality life of women and girls, and their communities.
